ShortLoad

Your trucks, our demand: confirmed small-load orders in your radius

ShortLoad captures homeowners and contractors searching for 1–4 yard concrete delivery across Florida — 67 counties mapped, 87 local pages live — and routes confirmed, deposit-paid orders to licensed local operators.

More orders, less hustle

Qualified, ready-to-buy customers with specs and access notes already collected. No cold calls, no tire-kickers, no quoting marathon.

Fill your empty slots

You tell us your open windows; we sell them. Small loads are our whole business — the orders your plant competitors turn away.

Zero risk to try

No fee, no exclusivity, no software to install. Orders arrive by text. If the volume isn't worth it, walk away anytime.

How it works

  1. 1 · Apply — 15-minute call: coverage radius, mixes, pricing, insurance. That's the whole onboarding.
  2. 2 · Go live — your coverage area turns bookable on ShortLoad; customers see an all-in price and pick windows you control.
  3. 3 · Pour & get paid — confirmed orders by text with deposit already down. You mix on-site, collect the balance, done.

Frequently asked questions

What does it cost?

Nothing up front, no monthly fee. We add our margin on top of your rate — you quote us your price per yard, and that's what you get paid. No order, no cost.

Am I locked in?

No exclusivity, no minimum volume, cancel anytime. Your direct customers stay yours — we only send you net-new orders from people searching online.

How do orders arrive?

By text or WhatsApp: confirmed specs (mix, yards, address, access notes), a delivery window the customer already picked, and their deposit already paid. You confirm or decline within 2 hours.

How do I get paid?

During rollout: the customer pays you directly on-site as today, and we invoice our margin. As volume grows we move to platform payments with a fixed settlement schedule — your choice when.

What do you need from me?

Proof of general liability + commercial auto insurance, your coverage radius, truck capacity, and your price per yard for the mixes you carry. Onboarding is a 15-minute call.
